So Last night I am rushing around trying to get everything done for my mexician customers, Mike and I are here ,doing some last minute screening with Tom from www.saltwatersoul.net and while Nancy is here helping with the QC process.I am running and rushing in every direction and thinking all this for cellular phones from our company www.amigomovil.com .I starting thinking back to days when Mobile phones first cameout and the first phone I pulled off the production line to take to my daughters .It was a simple basic phone compared to our phones now ,....ie make calls, send simple texts , triple tap key pad , phone list and back lighting .
At the time it was cutting edge, well I brought this red one back to the island from our factory in china for the 3 M's to use .They were so excited, bragging and showing it to thier friends [yes they were 4th grade , 3rd grade and kindergarten ,one for all 3 M's to use ].On the following Saturday the eldest M took the phone to the movies with her with the instructions to call right after the Movie was over and check up on a ride home. Well 2 hours later no call so I called her ,she answers "the 3 M's phone ,may I help you?" I say hey sweetheart how was the movie? what are you doing ? what are your next plans ? ....She responds "how cool ,Pops , talking on the phone!!!!How did you know to call me at the movie house?"
I couldn't help but smile ,....how did i know to call her at the movie house....to funny ,,,,Cell phones were so foriegn in thier the lives ,.....now if one breaks I have to bring a new one home asap or they will commit social "hairy cary"....
